Field groups

The widget gathers the fields of a deal, contact and company card into collapsible sections. A long card gets shorter and the right field is easy to find.

What the widget does

  • groups for deals, contacts and companies: set up in settings, fields can be reordered;
  • fold in one click, the choice is remembered for each employee separately;
  • a fill indicator (“5 of 6”) next to the group name;
  • a summary in the header of a folded group: up to three key values, for example “Alushta · Family · 16.06.2025”;
  • display rules by pipeline, stage and field values, plus auto-open of a group at the right stage;
  • colour and a hint for each group;
  • works inside a card tab, fields outside groups stay where they are.

How to start

  1. Install the widget and open its page in settings.
  2. Create a group, pick its fields and, if you want, display rules.
  3. Open a card: the groups are already there.
