Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a request on amgate.space, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the operator, Sole proprietor Pavel Aleksandrovich Kupreev (TIN 672907871558, OGRNIP 320673300012100, email hello@amgate.ru), to process my personal data on the following terms.

What data

• name;
• phone number, messenger username or email address;
• the services selected in the form;
• page address, referral source, advertising tags (UTM), date and time of the request.

For what purpose

• responding to my request and contacting me;
• conducting the free audit, preparing a commercial proposal, concluding and performing a contract;
• measuring advertising effectiveness and improving the website.

What actions

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, both with and without automation.

The operator may engage providers of website hosting, CRM, request intake and delivery services on confidentiality terms. Public disclosure of the data is not permitted.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years after my last contact if no contract is concluded.

I may withdraw my consent at any time by emailing hello@amgate.ru. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
